Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Commitment

At Noor Fragrances, every candle is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged before it leaves our fulfilment centre.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

at no additional cost to you.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened candles
  • Used candles
  • Burned candles
  • Products that have been tested or partially used
  • Gift sets containing opened products

This policy helps us maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of all Noor products.


Fragrance Preferences

Every Noor fragrance is designed to create a unique sensory experience.

Because scent perception is highly personal and subjective, fragrance preference alone does not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

We encourage customers to carefully review fragrance descriptions before placing an order.


Refund Processing

Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product.
