Noor Fragrances is a luxury home fragrance brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, references to “Noor”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Noor Fragrances.
Orders
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• The information provided is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).
We reserve the right to modify pricing, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

However, due to variations in screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual fragrance perception, actual product appearance and scent experience may vary.
Fragrance preferences are subjective and do not constitute grounds for a refund or return.
Promotions & Giveaways
From time to time, Noor Fragrances may offer promotions, discounts, competitions, giveaways, or reward campaigns.
Additional terms may apply to specific promotions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
NOOR CIRCLE REWARDS
Participation in Noor Circle Rewards is subject to the program rules and conditions published on the official Noor Fragrances website.
Noor Fragrances reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate the Noor Circle Rewards program, including its earning structure, redemption rates, membership tiers, benefits, and eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice.
EARNING POINTS
Members may earn Noor Points through eligible activities including purchases, account creation, referrals, verified product reviews, approved social engagement activities, birthday rewards, and promotional campaigns offered by Noor Fragrances.
For eligible purchases, members earn Noor Points based on their membership tier:
• Noor Member: 1 Noor Point per AED 1 spent
• Noor Insider: 1.25 Noor Points per AED 1 spent
• Noor Elite: 1.5 Noor Points per AED 1 spent
Points are awarded on qualifying purchases made through the official Noor Fragrances website and may exclude taxes, shipping charges, refunds, cancellations, or other non-qualifying transactions.
POINT VALUE, REDEMPTION & VALIDITY
Noor Points may be redeemed at a rate of 10 Noor Points = AED 1 discount.
A minimum balance of 250 Noor Points is required before points can be redeemed.
Noor Points are valid for the lifetime of the member’s account and do not expire unless the account is suspended, terminated, or closed.
Reward coupons issued through Noor Circle Rewards are valid for 90 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Noor Points, rewards, coupons, and membership benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
MEMBERSHIP TIERS
Noor Circle includes three membership tiers based on lifetime spend:
• Noor Member (Default Membership)
• Noor Insider – Unlock at AED 1,500 lifetime spend
• Noor Elite – Unlock at AED 4,000 lifetime spend
Tier status is determined by cumulative lifetime spending on the official Noor Fragrances website. Noor Fragrances reserves the right to amend tier benefits, thresholds, or qualification criteria at any time.
Membership tiers are based on completed order value only.
Pending, cancelled, refunded, failed, or returned orders do not count towards lifetime spend.
REFERRAL REWARDS
Members may earn referral rewards by sharing their unique Noor Circle referral link.
Referral points are awarded only after the referred customer creates an account and completes their first qualifying purchase.
The referrer will receive 500 Noor Points upon successful verification of the qualifying referral.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, or any abuse of the referral program may result in the removal of points, suspension of benefits, or termination of membership.
REVIEWS & SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT
Points awarded for product reviews, social media engagement, or similar activities are subject to manual verification by Noor Fragrances.
Customers may be required to provide screenshots or other evidence before points are approved.
Noor Fragrances reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the applicable requirements.
BIRTHDAY REWARD
Members receive 250 Noor Points on their birthday.
Birthday rewards are issued once per calendar year.
ELIGIBILITY
Noor Circle Rewards apply only to purchases made directly through the official Noor Fragrances website.
Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, retailers, distributors, or resellers may not qualify for Noor Points, rewards, or membership benefits.
MISUSE & FRAUD
Noor Fragrances reserves the right to remove points, rewards, coupons, referral bonuses, or membership benefits obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, referral abuse, misuse of the program, chargebacks, refunded orders, cancelled orders, or any activity deemed to violate these terms.
Noor Fragrances may suspend or terminate any Noor Circle account found to be engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to Noor Circle Rewards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
