At Noor Fragrances, we believe luxury should arrive beautifully and without delay.
Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our Dubai fulfilment centre to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
Delivery Options
Free Next-Business-Day Delivery
We offer FREE next-business-day delivery across the UAE on all eligible orders.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM 1:00 PM GST are typically dispatched the same day for next-business-day delivery.
Same-Day Delivery (+20 AED)
Need your order sooner?
Same-Day Delivery is available for +20 AED within eligible Dubai locations.
Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM 1:00 PM GST to qualify for same-day delivery.
Availability may vary depending on location, courier capacity, and delivery volume.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within a few hours of being placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery updates and tracking information where available.
Orders placed during promotional periods, public holidays, or peak seasons may experience slight delays.
Weekend Orders
Our fulfilment and courier resources are more limited on Saturdays and Sundays.
While some weekend orders may still be processed and delivered, orders placed during the weekend may not be dispatched until the next business day.
In some cases, delivery may occur on Monday.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend placing it before 1:00 PM on Friday.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time and may not qualify for same-day services.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed delivery attempts.
If you need to amend your delivery details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missed Deliveries
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you or complete delivery, an additional delivery attempt may be arranged.
To avoid delays, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery address.
